Welcome to the practice of Dr. Rachel Russell
Dr. Russell is an experienced psychologist and parent who understands that conflicts and concerns arise in everyone’s life and having knowledgeable and caring support for yourself and your loved ones is crucial. Her aim is to assess, inform, and empower her clients to improve their quality of life.
Dr. Russell evaluates and treats children, adolescents, and families. She provides evidence-based interventions for depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She evaluates for learning disorders, ADHD, ASD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and giftedness. She specializes in treating anxiety in children and adolescents, including interventions based on the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) model out of the Yale Child Study Center. Her office is currently located at Beachside Counseling and Wellness.
